hexo 如何链接本地 markdown

最近弄了下 hexo，发现 markdown 无法互相链接，比如某个 md 里面写[x](x.md)这种，实在没找到办法，各位可有解？

格式: {% post_link 文件名 链接文字 %}, 链接文字可省略

如: hello.md
