@OMGZui 12 薪以上的都不靠谱~ 除非 14 薪和 12 薪的月薪相同，不然千万不要以为 14 薪就很好。干满一年才有可能拿到（虽然是大概率能拿到）。

@darksword21 24h on call 我觉得可以，但是应该改成弹性工时，每天工作时间是 14-18，这样还行。
