有什么方法可以给本地提速访问套 cf 的网站？

现在需要访问套 cf 的 api ，该 api 是有访问限制仅让中国大陆 ip 访问和不能同账号多 ip 登陆不能频繁换 ip

现在是使用 cf 优选 ip 访问，但是晚高峰的时候 ping 丢包

有什么更好的方法推荐下？

这两篇文章是通用方法，我简单点就一个域名进行优选就行。
我现在没有本地测速，使用别人提供的优选 ip 的接口，对指定域名每小时更新 host ，或者 mosdns 来实现 cf ip 优选。
系统 host 直接修改就生效，而 mosdns 需要重启才生效。
