vscode 插件 platformio 无法禁用，它的 disable 按钮是灰色的

我感觉 vscode 应该不会提供“禁止 disable 某个插件”这种功能吧。。

那这是 platformio 插件自己实现的？？还是说 vscode 或者 platformio 插件出现了 bug 导致无法 disable ？

更新 platformio 插件后可以 disable 了。。猜测是插件太旧、vscode 版本较新，版本不匹配导致的 bug
