其中的发送消息接口： https://qyapi.weixin.qq.com/cgi-bin/chat/send?access_token=ACCESS_TOKEN
发生这种情况不固定，相同的账号有时发生有时不会。
有人遇到过没？如何解决的， thanks 。

photon006 OP 问题修复了，是自己封装 http 库原因，换成 node request 就不会失败，每次都成功。
