和电脑搭配使用的蓝牙音箱一定要支持蓝牙 4.0 才行么

不知道 2.0 、 2.1 版本的蓝牙音箱会不会出现声音滞后的情况，毕竟和电脑搭配使用还是比较强调音画同步的。

主要是用在 macbook 上，看中 ue mobile boombox 可惜是 2.1 版的，不知道能不能入手。
