求 V 站菊苣指点下找工作

我会点 Python ，大概就是写个简单的博客，写个小爬虫之类的水平，现在急于跳槽。
所以想学一些软件测试方面的知识，然后找个软测的工作。
求菊苣们指点下该看什么书？看什么框架？
