Win10 周年版 UAC 总是自己变回第二档？

    前几天全新安装了 Win10 周年版，习惯性的装好开机第一件事就是吧 UAC 关到「从不通知」，但是总是用着用着变到第二档。以前从来没遇到过这么奇怪的问题。
