找了一些解决方法, 搜索以前的内容, 发现无线助理的开关好像也不能解决...
真的好烦躁啊...

可以的，随便更改一个 app 的数据设置，然后打开 bug 的 app ，就会有提示了！

设置，蜂窝移动网络 /无线局域网，使用无线局域网与蜂窝移动的应用，随便找一个 app ，把权限方式修改一下，返回。
再打开没有提示数据权限的 app ，就会提示了 |
