python 新手 django 每次启动需要加载数据到内存中，大概几十秒。 用 uwsgi 启动 django 的时候这部分加载操作没有在启动的时候执行 而是在每个 uwsgi 的 worker 收到请求的时候初始化 有没有办法能让 uwsgi 起来后就加载这些数据
