兄弟们有没有好的站立办公的方式啊

    腰实在是疼的厉害。。。
    之前买了两张 JD Brateck 的桌子
    质量都好到爆表，但是都退货了，因为实在是有点大（主要是我的桌子太小了）
    想问下 有没有好点的站立办公的方法 最好是占用空间比较小的那种桌子。
