我MacVim中guifont设置的是Inconsolata:h14，但是中文字体显示的时候字号就相对太大了，试过设置guifontwide，但是无效，请问有什么方法可以设置中文字体的字号呢？

不知道你指的“guifontwide无效”是什么意思，可能你没有正确地拼出字体名称？我这里挺好的，可对中英文字体分别设置：
set guifont=Consolas:h14 set guifontwide=Microsoft\ YaHei:h14 |
