iPhone X 升级 iOS12 后，手出汗会多点触控失灵？

    手容易出汗，昨天升级了 iOS12 后，玩王者的时候手又出汗了，然后多点触控就失灵了，左手控制方向盘，右手就不能点技能了，有碰到同样问题的吗
