每个页面都要手工加script，而且只能监视CSS文件变化，不好用啊。

AlloVince OP CSSrefresh提供了一个书签功能，需要监控时点击书签就可以，使用起来还是很方便的。
我觉得不好的地方是CSSrefresh要求http header里必须包含Last-Modified，还要调整本地服务器配置 |
