nginx1.14.0 编译时需要 GD library 的支持，但是执行 sudo apt-get install libgd2-xpm 返回结果是 Unable to locate package libgd2-xpm，apt 源用的是阿里源。

ClancyH OP @shuizhongyu10 网上资料是 16.0.4 的对应的是 libgd2-xpm，不是这个应该，我刚才试了 libgdchart-gd2-xpm 安装之后，nginx 编译还是同样的问题：error: the HTTP image filter module requires the GD library.
