SQLServer 2012 链接问题

    问题：客户端电脑使用固定 ip 地址，无法连接到 sql 服务器
    但换另一个 ip 之后就可以连上。以前没有遇到过这种情况。
    那么这是什么原因造成的呢？
    btw， 服务器没有开防火墙
