买了一个 5TB 的移动硬盘，大家觉得用 exFat 安全吗？

    平常经常 macOS 和 windows 一起使用，但是不是很想使用 ntfs 工具，所以现在感觉最好的方案就是 exFat 了，但是 exFat 的话网上查了，听说因为没有日志，容易掉数据

    请问大家觉得 exfat 安全吗？
