Google Play现在中国区连免费应用都无法发布了吗？

    很久没去看过，今天发布的时候发现地区设置中有“中国”和“世界其他地方”这两个选项，但都被一条线划过，无法选择，除此之外的其他国家都可以选择发布。

    本来以为是VPN的问题，用VPN登录还是无法选择“中国”和“世界其他地方”。有人遇到相同的问题吗？

    @chenglu 那就奇怪了，我的发布界面中国被一条线划掉了，我去检查下是不是Manifest的问题
