能保留你的决策权，和 1%的财产权（废话）
比如一方想卖掉房屋，那么你不同意也是不能卖的。

另外就是如果夫妻双方婚后购买房屋，如果有一方想完全放弃产权，是要做公正的，成本反而更高。
