如何解决 macbook 外接显示器长时间休眠后唤醒困难

本人有 3 台 mac m1 air,m1 14 ,intel 16 都有遇到过外接显示器长时间休眠后盒盖唤醒困难狂敲键盘数分钟，重新插拔显示器，或者干脆打开笔记本都能解决，但是太费劲了试过纯新系统也会遇到我的外接显示器都是 C 口直连，键鼠有蓝牙有通过扩展坞连接的，都遇到过
