在后端编译器（设备驱动）都是私有的情况下，实现 Portable OpenCL 是非常困难的。HSAIL（HSA Intermediate Language）是一个可能的方案，但是仍然处于初级阶段。当前的 workaround 可以使用 stub library： https://github.com/madeye/opencl-stub
